David is the Assistant Director of Public Affairs and Campaigns at the RSPCA and regularly gives evidence at Parliamentary Select Committees as well as being a key figure that Ministers consult on animal welfare issues.

He is a lead member of the Canine & Feline Sector Group which advises Government and a Board Member of the Association of Dogs & Cats Home.

David has worked on international trade issues for a number of years and is known for his knowledge of the technical issues relating to trade.

Marisa has been the secretariat and policy advisor for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Animal Welfare, the Canine & Feline Sector Group and the Local Government Animal Welfare Group.

She has led Parliamentary inquiries into animal welfare issues and produced reports and recommendations which have led to legislative change. She has a great deal of experience in bringing together key stakeholders and driving forward cohesive visions.

Stephanie is Political Affairs Manager at Eurogroup for Animals. She is an expert on EU external relations, especially EU trade policy.

She was a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Trade Negotiations and sat on the EU Domestic Advisory Groups (DAGs) – the civil society groups tasked with the monitoring of the implementation of Trade and Sustainable Development provisions in EU trade agreements – on the EU agreements with Ukraine, Canada and Japan.
